دينار روماني للامبراطور تيبيريوس وهو ثاني الاباطره بعد اغسطس

 

كان تيبيريوس  ابن أغسطس بالتبني وصهره ، وكان يُعرف بأنه حاكم منعزل. هو الأكثر شهرة لحكمه في زمن صلب المسيح. يُعرف تيبيريوس بنموه المحافظ للإمبراطورية ، أصبحت نقود تيبيريوس  الفضيه مرادفة للكتاب المقدس  و كان الدافع وراء خطاب "التقديم لقيصر ..." من نسخة الملك جيمس للإنجيل. ضرب تيبيريوس عددًا قليلاً نسبيًا من البرونزيات الشخصية ، لكنه أصدر الفضة والذهب بكميات كبيرة. في عام 37 قبل الميلاد مرض وبدأ يموت ببطء. يعتقد البعض أن كاليجولا أنهى حياة تيبريوس قصيرة بعد سماعه نبأ وفاته البطيئة. وبحسب ما ورد ابتهجت الحشود بكلمة وفاته. ضرب هذا الدينار في ليون الفرنسية ويظهر تشخيص تيبريوس ما كتب حول الرأس والخلف موجود في الكتابه الانكليزية في الاسفل . وهو دينار مهم ونادر

Tiberius was the stepson of Augustus and was known as a dark and reclusive ruler. He is most famous for reigning during the time of Christ’s crucifixion. Tiberius is known for his conservative growth of the Empire, generally avoiding smaller military confrontations with neighboring tyrants.

The coinage of Tiberius has become synonymous with the Bible, came to known The Biblical Tribute Penny, was the motivation for the “Render unto Caesar…” speech from the King James version of the Gospel. Tiberius struck relatively few portrait bronzes, but issued silver and gold in large quantities. In 37 A.D. he fell ill and slowly he began dying. It is believed by some that Caligula ended Tiberius’ life short upon hearing the news of his slow death. Crowds are reported to have rejoiced at word of his death.

Translation: Tiberius Caesar Augustus, son of the deified Augustus.
